This hotel is conveniently located close to Plitvice national park, which was the main reason for our visit. We also liked that there was a supermarket right next to the hotel, making it easy to grab any essentials we needed. The staff were friendly and provided good service throughout our stay. The rooms were basic, but they had comfortable beds and were clean. We appreciated that the breakfast included local products, giving us a taste of the region.

The place was very clean with free parking and a good bed. Our twin room had a flat-screen TV, a writing table and an electronic key card.

Despite some minor inconveniences, my recent stay at Hotel Macola was enjoyable. The modern room interior and new TV added a touch of comfort. The friendly receptionist provided helpful hints about the country. The morning view from my room was simply stunning. I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel.

There was no air conditioning in the room which made it quite hot and uncomfortable. the breakfast wasn't great and the food seemed to have been sitting out for some time.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the food served in the restaurant was exceptional. We particularly enjoyed the fresh ingredients used in the dishes and the extensive selection of local wines. the on-site supermarket and free Wi-Fi were very convenient and useful during our stay.

While the hotel's location was convenient for visiting the national park, it was situated on a busy road which created noise and traffic congestion. the hotel seemed to cater mainly to coach parties and lacked a more intimate atmosphere.
